Employers' Perspective: The Indicators of Reemploy Ability Needs for the Older Unemployed in Taiwan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to make short of reemploy ability needs scale. The results showed that the short version of the RANS contains six subscales, a total of 18 items, full-scale reliability was .91, explained variance 80.67%.
