Learning From Within Ambiguity: Developing Adult’s Capacity for Generative Learning and Timely Action

Abstract

In this paper I present a study with the purpose to deeply understand how adults learn when they encounter ambiguity. I focused my inquiry on developmentally mature adults: those who make meaning—cognitively, affectively, and interpersonally—with an extraordinary capacity for complexity.
