Quantifying Adequacy: A Hybrid Model

Abstract

Recently, increasing attention has been given to the concept of adequacy in public K-12 education. In the past, the focus was primarily on equity; that is, making sure all children who are alike are treated alike, and those who are different are treated accordingly.
