This study explored factors influencing organizational commitment among extension agents in the United States, utilizing a national sample and multiple established scales. The research examines the relationships between job satisfaction, supervisor relationship, personal well-being, and organizational commitment, while also considering salary satisfaction, job loyalty, and demographic variables. The study employed Principal Component Analysis and Ordinary Least Squares regression to analyze the relationships between independent variables and organizational commitment.
